Another week of summer has gone. We had some great visits with family and lots of fun swimming and chatting. Things have been busy in the shop and the new website is coming along. It is amazing to begin to see hits there and I am excited to have a new venue for sales.
My daughter took on a large sewing project last week. She made a patchwork skirt and documented the process. It was so great to watch her excel at something she loves. She did very well and now has an even greater passion for fashion! Maybe she can hem some of my pants for me!
Today we are going to take on a painting project that I hope will wind up as wonderful as it is in my head. Expressing a bit of creativity is good for us.
